SUN4Schools Solar Data Now On Line

The internet web site to view a Sun4Schools school’s photovoltaic system output is now on line. View the data. Clicking on a school name in the box on the left side of the opening screen will bring up the default screen showing a chart of the photovoltaic system’s AC output for a seven-day period. Clicking on the Electric Meter box links to a chart of the school’s total electrical consumption for the same time period. If a school has a weather station installed, click on the Weather Data box and scroll down to see charts of the outdoor temperature, wind speed, and the solar radiation incident on the solar panels. Visitors can view charts for all the schools listed on the left-hand side of the opening page. Data loggers are polled every day around 11 p.m., and the results are updated to the charts shown on the web site.
