Small Renewable Energy Producers Challenge PSC with Federal Complaint

Three small renewable energy producers in Montana believe the Public Service Commission is disregarding laws that require a fair process for small, independent producers to get contracts to sell power to NorthWestern Energy. According to a report in the Billings Gazette, the producers have petitioned the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to intervene in the matter.
